This is a full service wedding package for the busy bride or a bride that lives out of the area and needs help with every aspect of the planning process.
- Unlimited consults with bridal couple.
- Recommend and assist in securing vendors.
- Unlimited assistance with all vendors throughout the planning process.
- Locate facilities for ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner.
- Discuss floor plan for ceremony and reception.
- Work with you to establish a style and theme for your event.
- Secure hotel or B&B accommodations.
- Assist in securing clergy, if needed.
- Securing any rental equipment.
- Assist in arranging music details and securing musicians.
- Pin flowers on wedding party and family and distribute bouquets.
- Coordinate any transportation needs.
- Direct wedding rehearsal.
- Direct entire wedding ceremony and reception on the wedding day.
- Any and all other details that arise.
This package is designed for the client who is interested in being actively involved with the coordinator in the planning of the event. Coordinator will provide as many vender leads as needed. When the client secures the venders, the coordinator will continue on with consults and further coordination.
- Three to five consults with bridal couple (Two at the wedding and rehearsal sites)
